Ice Storage & Conveying System
The KEITH hydraulic drive unit is located under the bin's floor, completely away from the ice.
Reciprocating floor slats feed ice to a unique vertical comb system, providing an uninterrupted flow of ice. Congealed ice is refractured and then cascades to downstream augers.
Systems require no daily maintenance and unlike conventional ice storage containers, there are no drag chains or horizontal rakes to breakdown or become buried in the ice. Constructed of FDA and USDA approved materials, systems are available in both stationary and portable models.
