Stainless Steel Ice Rake Bins
Features
- The entire rake assembly is manufactured using stainless steel flights, shafts, channels, and supports.
- Aluminum and stainless steel rake chain with UHMW rollers and sprokets.
- The bin walls and floor are manufactured from clear epoxy coated structural aluminum and assembled using stainless steel fasteners.
- The wall and floor lining, installed at the job site, is high density polyethylene.
- Pulley's have permanantly sealed needle bearings for maintenance free operation.
- Totally enclosed electric hoist drive and cable system.
- The motor/reducer is shaft mounted to avoid chains and sprokets, and comes complete with stainless steel enclosure.
- Washdown duty drive motor.
- Gear reducer lubricant is FDA and USDA approved for food contact
- Stainless steel lift cables, pulleys, and pulley brackets
- Flight sensor safety switch to prevent rake from burying in ice.
